Art Buying Guide
Every painting listed is an original artwork, painted by hand by Qian Gao. No AI, no prints, no editions, no reproductions. When a painting sells, that is the end of it. Sold paintings will be indicated with a red dot.
Qian Gao is a signature member of the American Watercolor Society (AWS), National Watercolor Society (NWS), Transparent Watercolor Society of America (TWSA), and California Watercolor Association (CWA).
Payment
Checkout is handled securely by Stripe. Card details go into Stripe's system and never reach this website. Apple Pay and Google Pay options are available if your device supports them.
Prices are in US dollars: the painting plus a flat $15 shipping fee. Receipt will be emailed to you after successful payment and before painting ships.
Shipping and packaging
Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days and shipped to addresses in the US. Paintings on paper are rolled and sent in a rigid tube. Paintings on canvas are packed and cushioned for transit.

Returns
Once an order has shipped it cannot be returned or refunded. Each painting is one of a kind, so email qian@gaopaintings.com and ask anything you need to before buying.
Framing
Paintings are sold unframed. Glass, mat and frame are choices best made in front of the wall the painting will hang on, and an unframed work travels far more safely than a glazed one.
